Exploring Science, Technology, Engineering and Math

Introduce your child to the exciting world of computer science with our innovative 8-week program.

We've partnered with Duke Lift Lab within the Duke University Pratt School of Engineering to provide students ages 13-16 with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of coding and design, while also promoting mindfulness and holistic well-being. At the end of the session, your child will have the chance to showcase their skills by creating a project envisioning a technology-enhanced wellness space at Knox St. Studios, with the chance to see their ideas brought to life! Students will learn the basics of programming, artificial intelligence, presentation skills, electronic circuits, biology, and physics in the context of creating– for community enrichment.
